Will I receive the same product as I see in the pictures?

We will ship the product in advance. You must see the same product as the picture. Due to color rendering problems, there will be a certain gap between the single product and what you see on the screen. Please understand!

Where can I view my sales receipt?

We will send your sales receipt to your mailbox with your ID's email address. After the transaction is completed, you can check the electronic receipt in your mailbox.

How can I return it?

Please read our refund and return policy in detail. Customized product OEM does not support returns or exchanges. Please familiarize yourself with it.

Will you restock items marked "out of stock"?

Our products are available in two types: finished products in stock and OEM customization. Customized products are not in stock and need to be OEM produced according to your requirements. Spot products will always maintain a certain amount of inventory. If you have special quantity requirements, please contact our customer service.
